Undefined index: B_AUTORELIST, B_FEES, ATYPE_PLAIN

These warnings have been cropping up ever since I know webid,
Has anybody bothered just for the sake of it to cure these silly errors? I have not looked into them yet but just in case somebody has it will save a few hours.
