    Hey Guys,

    I have installed webid a couple of times and can't seem to get the thumbnails to show.

    When testing, and I add a new auction, I add 3 photos and they all upload, but the preview within the auction says "IMAGE NOT FOUND".
    Then where the links for the smaller thumbnails would be they links all say "image not found", but if I click on them, they open and show the picture.

    This is a fresh install and I have tested it on the same system with 1.2.1, in 1.2.1, the smaller images load but the main image still says "image not found".

    I have attached a pic of what it looks like.

    Any help would be hugely appreciated!

    I also have a problem. I placed the images in the auction but they are not visible in the auction.

    As a follow up to this, I have chmod 777 to everything to see if it was just a permissions issue.

    I have set everything with cmod to 777 but this has no influence.

    check your permissions for the upload folder, also look in the uploads folder to see if they uploaded. If the auction id is 2 look for a folder named 2 in the uploads folder

    Everything is as it should be folder wise. The upload folder contains the folders correlating to the auction number. And the jpgs are in the folder.

    The only difference is the 2 test auctions that I just entered are note 777. They are whatever default they are created as.

    That being said, they both had the image in the associated folder.

    check your sites url in the admin settings is correct. if thats not right then every time site url is called for it will not be the correct path. This is the code in the item template that calls on the main image.
    Code:
    <!-- IF B_HASIMAGE -->
                    <div class="main-gallery panel panel-default">
                        <div class="panel-heading"><span class="label label-default">{L_113}: {ID}</span></div>
                        <div class="panel-body">
                            <div class="col-md-12">
                                <img class="img-rounded img-responsive center-block" src="{SITEURL}getthumb.php?w={THUMBWIDTH}&fromfile={PIC_URL}" border="0" align="center" width="430px">
                            </div>
    Also if your gallery image is blurred change the THUMBWIDTH to 420px

    The images aren't blurry, they aren't showing up at all.

    I found the item.pl file your code is from. It looks just like yours.

    and I verifified the Site URL under general settings is correct. As if it isn't the site doesn't load anywhere near correct.

    But I still don't have pictures showing in the auctions themselves.

    Hi
    Do you already have images on your auction site?
    I have exactly the same problem and cannot find a solution.

    My site is on an internal network, but I will go through and reset permissionsj and see if that helps.

    I reset the permissions for the upload and upload cache folders and still have the same issue as Ben. Gonna try one last install.

    Hey Team, I have also reinstalled for the umpteenth time.

    I am getting the same getthumb.php line 27 error in my logs.

    I have gone so far as to chmod 777 everything just to make sure it wasn't a permissions issue, but to no avail.
