Responsive webid theme

    This theme is now packaged in WeBid 1.2.1 and above as Modern Theme.

    For a while i have been working on a bootstrap 3 version for webid. I was going to release this for a fee, BUT after consideration i decided that as this is a free project, and members have helped me, i believe it best to be released for all to use.

    This theme has been rebuilt and has taken me hours to complete. It is responsive and works on i would think most devices.

    There may be the odd little thing i have missed, so please let me know. I am not actively going to support this, but i will try when time permits to fix any issues.

    In help.php find:

    Possible issues:
    -Make the captcha more responsive see this post
    -Images not uploading/showing correctly try and copy the file upldgallery.tpl in the folder themes/default and paste it in the folder themes/bootstrapthree

    *Please Read**

    Webid does have bugs so if your default theme has bugs so will this theme.

    This theme will not 100% work if your webid has modifications. You will need to make necessary alterations to theme files to get them to work.

    If you find an issue, please check that this does not happen when using your default theme.

    Excellent. Should be adopted as the default theme. Slight problem with the Captcha and reCapture on the smallest screens. Other than that ace. Using it with 1.1.2P2.
